Refund and Returns Policy

You can return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund for you.

After 30 days and up to two months, we will accept a return for a credit.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost of and arrange shipping the item(s) back to us.

Returned items are to be unused, complete and with all original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation/invoice with the returned items.

Once your return is received, we will then issue a refund / store credit voucher. 

Refund shall made to customers only in the event the payment had received by Stretch Lab for the Product. Upon the verification and assessment of the Products done by Stretch Lab and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of receiving the returned Product back at our Stores. 100% Refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Stretch Lab are fulfilled, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate Product and all accessories therein is intact. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that Stretch Lab shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment.

Stretch Lab do not make any cash refunds. The amount will be refunded to customers within 7 (seven) working days into the original mode
of payment chosen by customer (Net Banking) or Stretch Lab provides customer with credit for the product’s value, along with applicable fees. This credit shall use for future retail purchases. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries may take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, customer may contact Stretch Lab.

For incorrectly delivered items or damaged upon receipt/in transit we will arrange to collect and exchange.

For warranty claims in the Qatar, we will collect and repair, or replace your item. For products sold outside the Qatar, the warranty is a back-to-base warranty.

MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES

Stretch Lab Fitness Center LLC does not provide refunds. Payments are nonrefundable for packages or single sessions.

LATENESS AND CANCELLATION

1. Tardiness or late arrivals will result in lost stretching time; the session will still be finished as scheduled..

2. Session cancellations should be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking, failure to do so will result in deduction of the session from your package unless in times of emergencies.

FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP PURCHASED 

You are able to freeze your package once for a maximum of 14 days.

VALIDITY OF MEMBERSHIP PURCHASED

-Quick Flex and Ultimate Flex packages (4 sessions) have a validity of 30 days.

-Any sessions that are not used within the validity period will be expired and not reimbursed.
