Feel free, be stronger and move faster! This session will focus on improving your range of motion, flexiblity and reduce muscle sorness to increase your muscular strength and output during exercise and sports activities. We will use a range of stretching techniques to help increase the recovery rate of the body.
Increase your range of motion & flexibility
This stretching session will help you to move freely and be pain free. We will focus on restoring your moblity, reducing the tension in specific areas around your body and control muscle sorenss and stiffness to restore functional mobility.
Reduce your muscle and joint pain
This session is effective if you suffer from recurring body pain. We will restore the body to a painfree optimal state through muscle energy techniques to promote pain relief and induce muscular relxation so you can complete your everyday tasks pain free.
IMPROVE POSTURE
Poor posture caused by prolonged sitting hours can result in neck, shoulder and back pain. Active release techniques is effective to improve the alignment of the body and muscular imbalances using physical aids and mobilisation techniques.
REDUCE STRESS
Our unique muscle energy techniques can help to manage your physical and mental wellbeing. This session is effective to reduce the tension around the body and calm the mind to improve mental clarity and concentration.
